These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of USINO AI NEXUS (the "Service"), operated by USINO AI PTE. LTD. ("USINO", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in Singapore.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Company details
USINO AI NEXUS is a subscription-based intelligence platform. Subscribers submit research questions and receive AI-generated analysis and briefings on supply chain, trade, and regional market topics.
The Service is delivered online through our web application at usino.ai.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service.
You are responsible for:
Notify us at info@usino.ai immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Accounts are for a single user. You may not share your login with others or allow multiple people to use one account.
The Service is offered in tiers, each with a query allowance:

We may change tier names, allowances, and pricing. If a change materially reduces what you receive under a paid plan, we will give you reasonable notice by email before it takes effect.
Query allowances reset at the start of each period and do not roll over unless we state otherwise.
Where a plan permits use beyond its allowance, additional usage may be charged at the rates published at the time.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.
Prices are stated on our website and exclude any applicable taxes unless indicated.
If a payment fails, we may suspend or downgrade your access until payment succeeds.
Beta period. During our beta, access to paid tiers may be granted by invitation at no charge. Invited access is provided at our discretion, carries no payment obligation, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. We will give reasonable notice before ending complimentary access.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial periods and unused allowances. Our full policy is set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Your inputs. You retain ownership of the questions, prompts, and materials you submit ("Inputs"). You grant us a licence to process them for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
Outputs. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you may use the analysis and briefings the Service generates ("Outputs") for your internal business purposes.
You may not represent Outputs as independently verified professional advice, or redistribute them commercially as a standalone product.
Our platform. All rights in the Service itself — including software, interfaces, methodology, and branding — remain with USINO AI PTE. LTD.
The Service produces AI-generated analysis. It is provided for informational purposes only.
You acknowledge that:
Do not rely on the Service as the sole basis for any commercial, financial, or legal decision.
The Service relies on third party providers, including authentication, payment processing, hosting, and AI model providers. Their availability affects ours. We are not responsible for failures or changes in third party services outside our control.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.
During the beta period, the Service may be unstable, and features may change or be withdrawn without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless USINO AI PTE. LTD. and its officers, employees, and agents against any claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of the Service, your Inputs, or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription and closing your account.
On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive — including sections 8, 9, 12, 13, 14, and 17 — will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us at info@usino.ai so we can try to resolve the matter directly.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
