This Privacy Policy explains how USINO AI PTE. LTD. ("USINO", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you use USINO AI NEXUS (the "Service").
We handle personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA"). Where the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") applies to you, section 11 sets out additional rights.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. We do not collect sensitive personal data such as health, biometric, or government identity numbers, and ask that you do not submit these in your queries.
We do not store your payment card details. Card data goes directly to Stripe.

Our providers operate outside Singapore, so your data may be transferred and stored overseas.
